Amanda Bond focuses her practice on divorce, custody, child support, adoptions, paternity, family law, and complex children’s issues.
Amanda is passionate about helping clients overcome a deeply challenging experience with reason and dignity. Amanda goes the extra mile to ensure that the client’s interests are always protected, whether in negotiations or trial.
Through her leadership and participation in local bar associations, Amanda is an active member of the Broward County legal community. She currently serves as a Board Member for the Broward County Women Lawyer’s Association, and is a member of the Broward County Bar Association. Additionally, Amanda volunteers with and supports various children-focused charities in Broward County.
Amanda was raised in West Palm Beach, Florida and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising & Public Relations from the University of Central Florida. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami, School of Law, where she was an active member of the Immigration Clinic. In collaboration with other immigrant advocacy groups, Amanda helped lead an initiative to provide pro bono legal assistance to undocumented immigrant children throughout Florida seeking temporary immigration status.
Before joining Levinson & Capuano, Amanda gained significant experience in and out of the courtroom advocating for clients involved in deportation and immigration related matters.
With a passion for advocacy, therapeutic background, and courtroom experience, Amanda can counsel clients through difficult, and often emotional, issues while always putting the client’s best interest first. Amanda offers her clients compassionate, committed representation from beginning to end of the family law matter.
